A long-standing and well-respected law firm in Eastbourne is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its busy and growing team. This is a rare opportunity for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE to take on a varied, high-quality caseload within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of civil litigation matters, including:
- Property disputes
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial disputes
- Employment-related litigation

Candidate Requirements
Applicants should demonstrate:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to engage confidently with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
- A professional, personable, and client-focused approach
- Solid IT skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience using case management systems (desirable but not essential)
- High levels of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset with the ability to market both themselves and the firm
- Confidence in networking and developing business relationships locally
