A well-established law firm in Sheffield is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team at a senior level.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in private client work who is looking for a role where they can take ownership of a quality caseload, work closely with clients and have the opportunity to support more junior members of the team.
The role
You will be responsible for managing your own varied private client caseload, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Advising high net worth clients
- Dealing with more complex and sensitive matters
- Preparing estate planning documentation
- Managing matters from initial instruction through to completion
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
About you
You will be a qualified Solicitor with solid experience in Private Client work and be confident managing your own caseload.
You will have strong technical knowledge, excellent client care skills and the ability to deal with complex matters independently. Experience working with high net worth clients would be beneficial, as would an interest in supporting the development of more junior team members.
