An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Probate Solicitor to join a well-regarded Doncaster law firm and become part of its established Private Client team.
You will have the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of estate administration matters, working closely with clients and providing clear, practical advice throughout the process. The role offers the chance to take ownership of your files while working alongside a supportive and experienced team.
Your work will include:
• Managing Probate and estate administration files from instruction through to completion
• Advising clients on estate administration and related matters
• Dealing with inheritance tax and grants of representation
• Preparing and reviewing relevant legal documentation
• Building strong relationships with clients and providing excellent client care
The ideal candidate will have:
• Qualified Solicitor status with solid Probate experience
• Experience managing estate administration matters independently
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A professional and personable approach
