Private Client Solicitor – Doncaster

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Doncaster.
This is a flexible opportunity that can suit Solicitors at different stages of their career. Whether you are newly qualified and looking to develop your private client experience, or an experienced Solicitor looking for greater responsibility and progression, the role can be tailored around your experience and long term career goals.
You will join a supportive and experienced team, working on a varied caseload of quality private client matters. You will have the opportunity to manage your own clients, build strong relationships and further develop your technical expertise in a friendly and collaborative environment.
The role will involve:
- Drafting wills and providing estate planning advice
- Probate and estate administration
- Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Trust creation and administration
- Managing your own caseload and developing strong client relationships
- Providing a high level of client care across often complex and sensitive matters
About You:
- A qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client
- Experience across wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs and ideally trusts or Court of Protection
- Ideally 2 to 5 years PQE, although applications from more Senior Solicitors are welcomed
- Someone who enjoys working directly with clients and managing their own caseload
- A personable and approachable Solicitor with strong attention to detail
- Someone looking for a long term opportunity where they can continue to develop and progress
