The Role
- Handling commercial property transactions and associated finance matters from instruction to completion
- Managing files efficiently and ensuring compliance with professional standards
- Maintaining effective diary and caseload management
- Responding to client enquiries and providing fee quotations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting business development and networking activities
- Keeping up to date with legal and regulatory developments
About You
- A strong understanding of commercial property practice and procedures
- Knowledge of CQS requirements
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload
- The ability to analyse complex transaction documents and provide clear, practical advice
