The work

- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts and tax-planning matters
- Court of Protection work
- Advising elderly and vulnerable clients
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex or high-value estates
You
You may be:
- Due to qualify shortly
- Newly qualified
- Within your first year after qualification
- A trainee with a substantial Private Client seat
- An experienced Private Client paralegal approaching qualification
You should have strong client-care skills, sound technical foundations and a genuine interest in building your career in Private Client law.
