Residential Conveyancer – Bromsgrove

Looking for your next move in residential conveyancing? Join a growing Bromsgrove law firm offering £40,000–£50,000, flexible working and genuine autonomy over your own caseload.

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancer to join a growing Bromsgrove office and become an important part of its continued development.

You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with central administrative support taking care of tasks such as file opening. This means you can focus on your clients, your technical work and delivering a high-quality service.

The office is small, friendly and established, with a clear focus on building its local reputation and developing a strong flow of work from Bromsgrove and the surrounding area. You will work alongside another Conveyancer based in this office with a wider conveyancing team at other offices.

The Role

  • Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion and post-completion
  • Handle matters independently while maintaining excellent client service
  • Use LEAP to manage matters and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with the existing Conveyancer and wider office team
  • Build strong relationships with local clients and professional contacts
  • Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the Bromsgrove office

About You

We’re looking for a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced conveyancing professional with:

  • At least 3 years' relevant conveyancing experience
  • Strong experience managing a residential property caseload
  • The confidence to work independently and take ownership of your matters
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness
  • Experience with digital case management systems; LEAP experience is advantageous.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to work primarily from the Bromsgrove office

What's On Offer?

  • £40,000–£50,000 salary, depending on experience
  • 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays
  • 4 additional discretionary days around Christmas
  • Potential 8:30am–4:30pm working hours to support commuting
  • Potential for 1 day per week home working
  • Central administrative support, including file opening
  • Discretionary bonus consideration for exceptional performance
  • A friendly, close-knit team within a growing office
  • The opportunity to develop your career within an expanding West Midlands law firm

If you're an Experienced Conveyancer looking for autonomy, flexibility and the opportunity to become part of a growing Bromsgrove office, we'd love to hear from you.
