Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer – Bristol
A well-established, community-focused firm in Clifton is expanding its residential conveyancing team. This firm is keen to speak with a Solicitor, CILEx Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with 2–5 years’ experience handling a varied caseload.
The Position
- Run your own residential property files from instruction through to completion
- Deal with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Handle re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release and right to buy matters
- Work closely with a dedicated conveyancing assistant
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- 2–5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Confident managing a full caseload independently
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
