A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to strengthen its Residential Conveyancing team in Bourne with the appointment of a Residential Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Paralegal.

You will become an integral part of a busy Residential Property team, assisting with and progressively managing a varied caseload of conveyancing matters. From first-time buyer purchases and property sales through to more complex transactions, no two days are the same. The role provides regular client contact and the chance to play a key role in guiding clients through some of life's most significant milestones.
The Role
You will be involved in a broad range of residential conveyancing matters and will:
- Provide a high standard of service to existing clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Support Partners and Fee Earners in developing new business opportunities and cross-referral relationships across the firm
- Produce fee income in line with agreed objectives and targets
- Assist with, or independently manage, a residential conveyancing caseload depending on experience
- Prepare and issue client quotations
- Undertake property searches and assist with enquiries
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, developers and other third parties
- Draft contracts, legal documents and correspondence
- Assist with all aspects of transactions from instruction through to exchange, completion and post-completion matters
- Handle SDLT submissions, Land Registry registrations and related formalities
About You
- Applications are welcomed from individuals with experience working within Residential Conveyancing, including:
- Licensed Conveyancers
- Chartered Legal Executives
- Solicitors
- Experienced Conveyancing Paralegals
You will demonstrate:
- Previous experience within a Residential Property department
- A sound understanding of residential conveyancing procedures
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
