This Legal 500 law firm Hampshire has a proven track record for success and is looking to expand its dispute resolution team with a NQ-2 year Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its successful department. You will be acting for companies and individuals in non-contentious corporate and commercial matters, and in commercial and insurance disputes that include cross border elements. The successful candidate will be assisting members of the team in handling breach of contract, professional negligence, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, breach of duties under the Companies Act 2006, defamation, debt recovery and Insolvency matters. This is a critical hire due to an upturn in workload.
