Family Solicitor | Family Lawyer | Divorce & Financial Remedy
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a long-established and respected high street law firm in Aylesbury.
The firm has built an excellent reputation for providing practical, client-focused legal advice across the local community and is now looking to strengthen its Family department with the appointment of an experienced Solicitor.
This role would suit a Family Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE who is confident managing their own caseload and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients.
The Role
You will advise clients across a broad range of family law matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy matters
- Private children matters
- Cohabitation disputes and agreements
- Pre and post-nuptial agreements
- Civil partnership matters
- Collaborative family law
The department also offers Family Mediation services, providing opportunities to broaden your experience.
About You
To be considered, you will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in Family Law
- Be confident managing your own caseload independently
- Have experience advising on divorce, financial remedy and private children matters
- Deliver exceptional client care and build lasting client relationships
- Possess excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills
- Be proactive, organised and commercially aware
