An established and highly regarded Kent law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor/Lawyer to join its expanding litigation team based in Ashford.

The Role
You will handle a broad range of civil and commercial dispute resolution matters, managing your own caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues on more complex and high-value disputes. The team has built a strong reputation for delivering practical, commercial advice and maintaining longstanding client relationships.
About You
To be considered, you will have:
- At least 5 years' PQE (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience in civil and/or commercial litigation
- The ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- Excellent communication, drafting and client care skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution
- An interest in business development and building client relationships
