A dynamic and expanding law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor to join its growing residential property team.

The Role

You will:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from pre-exchange through to completion
  • Advise on sales and purchases across the full spectrum of residential property matters, including plot sales and developer-led transactions
  • Provide clear, commercially focused advice to local and national clients, including high-net-worth individuals
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Support and share knowledge with junior team members to strengthen overall team capability
