As an Area Training Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work with a global technology brand to inspire and empower retailers across the UK.

Your Package:

  • A salary of £31,000 per annum, plus 10% bonus
  • Full time, 12 month contract (Monday - Friday)
  • 22 days holiday (per annum) in addition to bank holidays + buy and sell holiday options

Your Role:

  • Develop strong relationships with retailers and contact centre personnel, from store managers to sales advisors, to foster a genuine enthusiasm for our brand and products.
  • Identify and pursue unique opportunities with retailers to implement innovative training solutions that drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Elevate the customer journey through the creation of engaging training programs, delivering unforgettable customer experiences.
  • Utilise your expertise to deliver interactive training programmes for both individual and group sessions across multiple categories.

Do you have what it takes?

  • A proven record of success in retail management, ideally within technology, mobile, or high-end retail.
  • A keen interest in coaching and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions that inspire and motivate.
  • Enthusiasm to keep up to date with the latest products and in-store opportunities, current market trends and competitor information.
  • Exceptional relationship skills to build strong partnerships with retailers at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and inspire action.
  • Full UK driving licence.

This position offers a 12 month contract and is field based covering Glasgow and the surrounding region across the central belt of Scotland. Occasionally nationwide travel is required (ideal candidates would be based in the Glasgow area).
