A leading professional services firm, with a presence across Yorkshire and Derbyshire, is seeking a Company Secretary to join its office just outside of Leeds. Acting on behalf of our client, we’re recruiting an experienced professional to provide comprehensive company secretarial support across a varied client base in a dynamic, hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file Confirmation Statements and PSC updates with Companies House
- Manage director/shareholder changes and company incorporations
- Handle share issues, transfers and statutory registers
- Assist with reorganisations (e.g. share sub-division, purchase of own shares)
- Maintain company records using IRIS software and perform company searches
Key Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in a professional services firm
- Chartered Governance Institute qualification desirable but not essential
