Key Responsibilities
- The provision of company secretarial services and board support services to a range of clients, including hedge funds and private equity funds
- Creating agendas, collating and distributing meeting packs and liaising with relevant service providers
- Assisting with board, advisory and shareholder meeting support
- Preparation of detailed meeting minutes, distribution of board minutes, arranging for signatures and carrying out post-meeting actions, as required

About you:
- A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience as a funds company secretary in Ireland
- Demonstrable experience attending, running and coordinating board meetings, with the ability to prepare detailed minutes of such meetings in a timely manner
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in law, business, or corporate governance with a strong academic background
- A proven track record and the ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Enjoy multi-tasking and working both independently and as part of a team
