We are looking for an experienced Remote Funds Company Secretary to operate within a growing global Law firm. You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience to be considered and must have relevant Irish Funds experience. The role offers Hybrid working and plenty of perks!

Key Responsibilities

  • The provision of company secretarial services and board support services to a range of clients, including hedge funds and private equity funds
  • Creating agendas, collating and distributing meeting packs and liaising with relevant service providers
  • Assisting with board, advisory and shareholder meeting support
  • Preparation of detailed meeting minutes, distribution of board minutes, arranging for signatures and carrying out post-meeting actions, as required

About you:

  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience as a funds company secretary in Ireland
  • Demonstrable experience attending, running and coordinating board meetings, with the ability to prepare detailed minutes of such meetings in a timely manner
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in law, business, or corporate governance with a strong academic background
  • A proven track record and the ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • Enjoy multi-tasking and working both independently and as part of a team
