Our client is looking for an established Company Secretary Assistant to join its established team in London City. Our client, a leading FTSE 250 firm, is seeking a talented professional to join its dynamic team and play a crucial role in managing compliance for a large portfolio of UK entities.

Salary: £45-50k (depending on experience)

Hybrid working (3 office, 2 home)

As a Company Secretarial Assistant, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the seamless compliance and efficient administration for a significant portfolio of UK entities. Responsibilities include:

  • Informing clients of upcoming statutory deadlines, such as Annual Accounts due dates
  • Drafting Director resolutions for annual accounts approval
  • Drafting of relevant approvals for routine corporate changes (e.g., Director appointments, registered office changes) and arranging for the relevant filings to be made at Companies House
  • Actively participating in business development, optimising administration processes and maintaining precise records and databases
  • Developing and nurturing excellent relationships with clients, lawyers, global project managers and new business providers

Key skills required:

  • Strong time management, organisational and planning skills, with a proven ability to prioritise tasks, multi-task effectively and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent rapport-building and communication skills (both written and verbal), confidently engaging with multiple stakeholders at all levels
  • A commercial and practical outlook, contributing to the business's success
