We are hiring a Company Secretarial Manager to join a growing, international corporate services firm based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, managing a varied portfolio while supporting and developing junior team members. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality governance and compliance services to both UK and global clients. You will have at least three years’ relevant experience, strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to client service, with CGI qualification (or working towards) highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients from incorporation to dissolution, ensuring statutory compliance and timely filings.
- Prepare and attend board meetings, draft minutes, maintain statutory registers and handle third-party correspondence.
- Liaise with international stakeholders, support internal teams and oversee junior colleagues.
Hybrid Working
This role offers hybrid working, with 3 days per week in the London office and 2 days remote, based on a 37.5-hour working week.
