A well-established law firm in Boston is looking to appoint a Wills Probate Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Legal Advisor to join its successful Private Client team. This is an opportunity to build a rewarding career in a department that plays a genuinely important role in clients' lives.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters, providing trusted advice and exceptional client care from start to finish. Knowledge of trusts would be advantageous, and full support will be provided towards achieving STEP qualification.
The Role- Managing a broad caseload of wills, probate and private client matters
- Advising on wills, estate planning and lasting powers of attorney
- Assisting with deputyship applications to the Court of Protection
- Maintaining excellent client relationships and high standards of client care
- Supporting the Head of Department and contributing to the continued growth of the team
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Legal Advisor
- Experience in wills, probate and private client work
- Exposure to Court of Protection matters
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive, professional and personable approach
- Organised, proactive and keen to develop professionally
- Willingness to work towards STEP qualification
