An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced company secretarial manager to join a growing professional services team. This is a hands-on role offering the chance to take ownership of complex governance and company secretarial work, lead and develop team members, and play a key role in shaping and improving service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review complex share restructuring documentation
- Prepare board minutes relating to accounts and dividends
- Manage annual company secretarial service packages and statutory compliance
- Maintain company records using Diligent Entities
- Lead PSC reviews and support technical governance matters
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Assist with workflow improvements, invoicing and internal training
Key Skills & Experience
- CGI qualified/studying (ACG) or equivalent experience
- Professional services background
- Strong Diligent Entities experience
- Proven management or team leadership capability
- Excellent communication, organisational and technical skills
Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office with a little more expected during the probationary period.
