Key Responsibilities
- Manage board and committee processes including agendas, board packs and minute-taking
- Maintain governance frameworks, constitutional documents and governance calendars
- Support governance projects including restructures, entity formations and integrations
- Oversee statutory filings, entity management and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
- Act as a trusted adviser to directors and senior management on governance matters
- Deliver governance training and support continuous process improvements
Key Skills & Experience
- Significant in-house governance or secretariat experience
- CGI qualified or working towards qualification
- Experience within regulated financial services, listed or offshore environments advantageous
- Strong organisational, drafting and stakeholder management skills
