We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong Supply Chain and Retail domain experience to support automation and modernization initiatives as part of a Microsoft-to-Google Workspace migration. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and offshore development teams to deliver Google-native automation solutions while ensuring governance and quality.
- Act as the primary liaison between retail business stakeholders and delivery teams
- Lead discovery and requirement-gathering workshops for supply chain processes
- Analyse end-to-end supply chain workflows (planning, logistics, inventory, reporting) to identify automation opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support solution design reviews and validate delivered solutions against business outcomes
- Support demos and walkthroughs for business users and stakeholders
Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst in enterprise environments:
- Proven Supply Chain experience within a retail organization
- Ability to work effectively with offshore development teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (native or fluent English)
- Experience supporting automation, workflow, or modernization initiatives
- Experience with Microsoft-to-Google Workspace migrations
- Experience understanding legacy VBA-based processes (functional level)
- Strong business adoption of delivered automations
- Reduced dependency on legacy VBA macros
- Positive stakeholder feedback on communication and delivery quality
