G1 Search is delighted to be partnering with a growing, values-led organisation based in Belfast to appoint a Fractional Chief Technology Officer. This is a high-impact leadership appointment for someone who can bring clarity, pace and strategic direction to a well-established digital transformation programme.

Working on a fractional basis, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping how a customer-centric organisation uses technology to deliver better outcomes for the people it serves. A strategy is already in place and a number of significant projects are underway. The immediate priority is to take ownership of that programme, sharpen the roadmap, and ensure delivery remains focused and coordinated across multiple workstreams and external providers.

As the strategy is delivered and embedded, the intention is to transition day-to-day IT management to a dedicated internal resource. The Fractional CTO will play a key role in defining that future structure, making this an opportunity to leave a lasting mark on how the organisation operates.
