Working closely with the Founders, Chairman and Group CFO, the Chief Executive Officer will assume responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of the business, building on its achievements while strengthening the executive leadership team, organisational capability and operational performance. The appointment carries a clear mandate to develop a high performing leadership culture, strengthen accountability and decision making, and ensure the organisation is equipped to deliver sustainable growth while maintaining its strong commitment to customers and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic direction and executive leadership across the organisation Build, develop and empower a high performing senior leadership team Drive sustainable commercial growth, operational performance and customer service excellence Lead and inspire a substantial workforce, fostering a positive, engaged and accountable culture Strengthen organisational capability, governance and accountability Translate strategic priorities into clear objectives and effective execution Preserve the entrepreneurial culture, values and customer focus that have underpinned the organisation's success Work closely with the Founders, Chairman and Group CFO to shape the long term direction of the business Required Experience Proven senior leadership experience within an organisation of comparable scale and complexity, ideally in a service driven environment Strong commercial acumen and a track record of strategic leadership, operational performance and business growth Experience leading customer focused operations, ideally within a consumer facing or service led business Demonstrated ability to develop senior leadership teams, engage employees and build a culture of accountability and high performance Experience strengthening organisational structures, processes and management disciplines while maintaining entrepreneurial agility Excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgement and the credibility to build trusted relationships at Board and executive level Experience within a privately owned, founder led or entrepreneurial organisation would be advantageous Previous CEO experience is not essential.
