Job Description:

The Corinthian Club, 191 Ingram Street, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, G1 1DA

About Us

The Corinthian Club isn’t just an events venue, it’s an icon. A grand, opulent playground in the heart of Glasgow where weddings sparkle, parties roar, and luxury hospitality set the standard. With stunning architecture and a legacy of unforgettable experiences, we’re known for delivering high-energy service wrapped in pure elegance.

We’re part of the Scotsman Group but with a vibe that’s uniquely Corinthian. Now, as we grow and evolve, we’re introducing a brand new leadership role to take our food and beverage game to the next level.

The Role

We’re hiring our first Food & Beverage Operations Manager, a brand-new role at The Corinthian Club, designed for someone who lives and breathes hospitality and is ready to shape the future of our F&B experience.

You’ll lead from the front, raise the bar (literally and figuratively), and take ownership of our full-service cycle. From elegant service in our Brasserie to buzzing bars and luxurious events, you’ll be the force behind it all.

Your Mission:

  • Own and elevate the full F&B operation - restaurant, bars, events, and beyond
  • Be a people-first leader: recruiting, training, mentoring, and inspiring your team
  • Set and uphold gold-standard service - ‘Service with HEART’, our mantra towards service
  • Collaborate with Food & Drinks Teams on menus that excite and evolve
  • Keep a sharp eye on trends, guest feedback, and commercial opportunities
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to promote our food and beverage story
  • Manage inventory, rotas, cellar, compliance, and budgets with precision
  • Champion service and sales KPIs across the board
  • Lead the team with vision and energy - from daily service to big-picture growth

Who You Are

  • You’ve got solid experience running high-level F&B operations
  • You know what exceptional service feels like and how to make it happen - every shift
  • You’re calm under pressure, energised on the floor, and obsessed with the detail
  • You inspire your team, lead with integrity, and communicate with purpose
  • You understand the business side, budgets, costs, controls, compliance
  • You’re hands-on, guest-focused, and never settle for “good enough”
  • You’re ready to put your stamp on an iconic Glasgow venue

What You Get

  • TRONC – 100% goes straight to the team
  • Wagestream – instant access to earned pay
  • 30% off food & cinema at all Scotsman Group venues
  • Hotel & apartment discounts across Scotland
  • Perks Portal – packed with discounts & extras
  • Free staff meals – because you perform best when you’re fuelled
  • Flexibility – real life happens outside of work
  • Training & Progression – through Scotsman Steps
  • Refer-a-friend bonuses – bring talent, get rewarded

Sound Like You?

This isn’t just a management job. It’s a chance to shape one of Scotland’s most celebrated hospitality venues. To build a team that brings brilliance to every guest interaction. To create a F&B experience that’s remembered long after the last plate is cleared.

Apply now and be part of something extraordinary.
