We are looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to join a busy community pharmacy team. This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands‑on experience in a healthcare environment while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.

What You'll Do

  • Support the day‑to‑day running of the pharmacy, helping customers and working closely with the pharmacy team to ensure safe and efficient service.
  • Complete a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship alongside your role, with full training and support provided.
  • Support customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries.
  • Assist with the preparation and supply of prescriptions (under supervision).
  • Handle stock, deliveries and maintain accurate records.
  • Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
