WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Pertinent Information: Full-time direct hire position with long standing and highly reputable company in the west end of Windsor. Comprehensive benefit plan and opportunities for growth and development. Full details to be provided at time of interview.

Wage: $70,000 – $75,000/year. Comprehensive benefits package included.
Job Description
Reporting directly to the Facility Manager, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for the following but not limited to:
Direct management of deliveries, including:
- Developing delivery routes for regular deliveries
- Managing driver schedules
- Managing orders from customers and scheduling accordingly
- Managing inventory and placing orders as required
- Issuing weekly pricing updates
Warehouse management
- Maintaining accurate inventory of all packaged and bulk inventory
- Managing required product quantities
- Co-ordinating with the sales team to fulfill orders
- Managing packaged delivery, both internal and third party
- Overseeing supplier compliance and product integrity compliance
Health, Safety, Environmental and Operational Duties
- Participating in creating, reviewing and editing HSE policies and procedures and implementing as required
- Managerial functions including time and attendance tracking, training, employee development and performance evaluations
- Performing regular HSE inspections to ensure all HSE policies and regulations are followed
Maintenance functions
- Scheduling planned and emergency truck maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements
- Assisting customers with site equipment and co-ordinating 3rd party repairs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse/logistics management or operations, preferably in a supervisory role for at least two (2) years
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse management software including Excel.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
- Fleet management experience a definite asset
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
