G W & E Wright Ltd is seeking a proactive and experienced Store & Materials Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing team. If you have a background in the electrical / electrical wholesale industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same – we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily material orders with our trusted electrical suppliers
  • Work closely with Electricians, Site Supervisors, and Contracts Managers to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Manage and sequence 2nd fix kits and material call-offs
  • Negotiate supplier pricing to ensure best value and quality
  • Identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvements
  • Carry out yearly stock takes
  • Handle invoice matching, manage returns, and resolve supply discrepancies

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in electrical materials management (accessories, lighting, distribution gear, etc.)
  • Confident negotiator with excellent numeracy skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Well-organised with a keen eye for detail and a systematic work approach
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure
