To load and unload press components on a robotic line, automatic weld machine. To operate pedestal welders To complete hourly targets set by team leader to achieve customer requirement. To carry out quality checks as set out on a check list and log details for record purposes. Ensure all completed assemblies are labelled correctly. To carry out basic maintenance including tip dressing, tool changes, setting and resetting of robots and machines and other basic maintenance tasks To follow instructions to ensure maximum effectiveness and to adhere to safety guidelines. To be prepared to undertake and support other reasonable requests made by the company.
