As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated professional to help maintain and service our cutting-edge smoke ventilation systems. This role is based in both Northern and Southern Ireland. No overseas applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs of smoke ventilation systems.
- Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal system performance.
- Carry out site visits, inspections, and compliance checks in accordance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Work closely with the engineering and projects team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in a similar service engineering role, preferably within the smoke ventilation or HVAC industry.
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
