As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Engineering, you will identify, engage and hire exceptional Software Engineers. You will own a creative, proactive engagement strategy across a genuinely hard to reach talent pool, spanning all levels of experience.
That means mapping the market deeply, then building relationships through creative outreach across the world. Internally, you will partner closely with Engineers & Hiring Managers to understand their needs and utilise their networks, adding to our world-class talent pool.
Key responsibilities of the role include: Building an extensive multi-year pipeline of talentLead creative sourcing initiatives to engage hard to reach talent where traditional methods fall shortNetworking to build out candidate pipeline and develop effective relationshipsPartner with leadership to define what game-changing talent looks like, and proactively champion exceptional candidates that could add value to the businessDriving external and internal referralsCultivating relationships with our technologists, developing valuable feedback loops on recruitment processes and candidate experienceUnderstanding candidate ambitions, motivations, and career options to inform closing strategySharing expertise and market knowledge with the wider team, feeding insights in to marketing, and contributing to the development of our Engineering branding programmeWho are we looking for?
