In our Technology Operations team, you’ll work to drive the strategy, culture and structure that enable our success.Take the next step in your career.The Role The Technology Operations team supports the functional health of engineering across the firm, from recurring reporting to the governance that keeps operations running smoothly. This is a generalist role, spanning data analysis, process improvement and operational coordination, suited to someone who enjoys moving between different types of work rather than specialising in just one.You'll own recurring operational and productivity reporting end-to-end and engage directly with senior managers on ad hoc data requests, explaining and defending your analysis rather than simply handing it over. You'll also contribute to wider operational effectiveness initiatives, such as process redesign, and hold day-to-day ownership of operational hygiene and resilience work, flagging issues as they arise.Key responsibilities of the role will include:Owning recurring operational and productivity reporting end-to-endEngaging directly with senior managers on ad hoc data requestsSupporting operational effectiveness initiatives such as process redesignHolding day-to-day ownership of operational hygiene and resilience tasksFlagging emerging issues back to the Operations DirectorBuilding strong relationships across technology teamsWho are we looking for?
