As Talent Acquisition Specialist for Engineering, you’ll identify, engage and hire exceptional Software Engineers. You’ll own a proactive engagement strategy to reach hard-to-find talent, map markets, and build relationships with engineers and hiring managers. You’ll partner with leaders to define what great talent looks like and contribute to our engineering branding and process improvements. This role sits in our HR team, shaping how we attract top technical talent to fuel a world-class platform.
