The role involves connecting exceptional technologists and early career talent with GâResearch. This role will focus on generating interest and attendance for our suite of worldâclass attraction initiatives alongside community building, engaging experienced hire prospects and harnessing the power of our people's networks and existing community activity. You will act as a bridge between the firm and the wider technical community, identifying and engaging highâpotential candidates through events, conferences, meetâups and longâterm relationshipâbuilding. This is not a transactional recruiting role â itâs about developing internal and external relationships, curating attractive experiences and keeping GâResearch top of mind for experienced tech talent.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Leading talent mapping and sourcing for our global attraction programmes, identifying and engaging top candidates through onâcampus, inâhouse and online initiatives.
- Managing key aspects of the campus ecosystem, including careers fairs, student societies and the Spring into Quant Finance programme.
- Building and sustaining longâterm relationships with prospective candidates and event attendees, ensuring regular and meaningful engagement until application.
- Representing GâResearch at external events such as meetups, careers fairs, conferences and networking sessions.
- Partnering with Marketing to design and deliver engaging attraction experiences that showcase our culture and shaping our external presence through sponsorships, partnerships and speaking opportunities.
- Acting as a community builder by cultivating strong, ongoing relationships with talent and external partners through thoughtful, consistent engagement.
- Collaborating with engineers, researchers and internal advocates to leverage networks, explore innovative attraction ideas and connect with target audiences at conferences and events.
- Partnering with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to define target profiles, align attraction strategies with hiring priorities and ensuring coordination between internal teams and external communities.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- A background in talent sourcing, campus recruiting, technical recruiting, developer relations or community engagement.
- Track record of working closely with techies and building trustâbased relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; a natural networker who thrives in faceâtoâface settings.

- Highly organised with demonstrable pipeline management skills.
