G-Research in London is seeking an Engineering Manager to partner with our quantitative research function, accelerating high-impact research output and ensuring ideas move efficiently from exploration to production. You will lead a hands-on team responsible for evolving the research technology stack, improving iteration speed, deployment consistency and production alignment.
You will define the technical direction, own the roadmap and work closely with senior research stakeholders to remove obstacles.
