Leading Legal Tech Company - Hybrid / Once a quarter onsite in Burgess Hill based office - £80,000 - £85,000 + benefits

Tech Stack: Ruby on Rails, SQL, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, Turbolinks, ReactJS, NextJS, APIs, AWS - Must have an understanding of the benefits and risks of adopting AI safely and effectively.

G.R.E. Recruitment is delighted to partner with a leading Legal Tech organisation who are looking to add a Lead Full Stack Ruby Developer who can combine strong hands-on technical capability with effective team management.

This is a hybrid role (approximately 60-70% coding, 30-40% management) where you will guide a talented engineering team, improve delivery flow, and contribute directly to the development of new and existing products.

You will be stepping into a well-established environment built by experienced technical leaders, and your role will be to help the team scale, improve consistency, and increase delivery throughput without compromising quality.

In this role you will work closely with the CTO on architectural decisions, technical direction, improving the code review lifecycle and reducing bottlenecks and improving workflow.
