G.R.E. Recruitment Limited is delighted to partner yet again with a market leading Healthcare company who are looking to add a Graduate Customer Support Analyst to their growing Customer Success team.
I am looking for a Graduate Customer Support Analyst who has experience of:
- Ensuring customers receive an easy, memorable and valued service via email, telephone and in product conversations.
- Ensuring the customer is getting the best value out of the product suite, being a natural problem solver.
- Using software tools to thoroughly investigate, test, and replicate customer issues to identify causes of problems.
The emphasis on this role is customer service advisors with high volume calls and triaging cases on multiple platforms. The analytical side would be related to the fact you need to be able to problem solve customer queries within the software.
You will be joining a team of 6 Customer Success Execs plus a Head of the Customer Success team. This is a company that helps change the lives of thousands of people across the UK providing crucial and meaningful healthcare solutions.
