Leading Internet of Things (IoT) based company seeking a Tech Lead. This role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence once a quarter in Central Reading and once a quarter in Poland.
Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 DOE + Benefits
Essential Experience: NodeJS, TypeScript, PHP 8, NestJS, RabbitMQ/Kafka/SQS, AWS, Claude
This role is 100% hands-on development with no people management responsibilities. You will be making decisions on the technical roadmap and working on migrating a PHP platform to NodeJS/TypeScript. Experience with similar migration projects would be advantageous.
