Overview of Resource Manager Role:
The Resource Manager is responsible for the effective planning, allocation, and forecasting of technical resource across network and cloud/infrastructure projects. This role ensures that work entering delivery is resourced realistically, that utilisation is visible and balanced, and that future demand is forecast early, enabling predictable delivery across the Technical Directorate.
The Resource Manager operates between the Project Management and Engineering function and reports to the Technical Director, working closely with technical leaders to support delivery as one coordinated system.
The company has been established for 17 years and has over 100 employees, having added 25 new employees in the last 12 months and continues to grow at pace! They support global clients including some very household names in retail, energy, and local councils.
