Commercial and Operations Director - PropTech Start Up - Smart Living Platform - London - 2 days per week Onsite in Ultra Modern Office Including Rooftop Swimming Pool - £70,000 - £80,000 Ideal Candidate: Someone who has run the whole commercial side of a start up company under thirty people sold personally, built the process from nothing, managed three or four junior people, negotiated commercial terms G.R.E. Recruitment is DELIGHTED and EXCITED to partner with an exciting UK based PropTech Start-Up company who are scaling rapidly across the UK and internationally. In this role you'll be s omeone who runs the whole commercial side of the company, building the process from nothing, manage three or four junior people, negotiating commercial terms. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role suited to someone who enjoys personally closing deals that matter and being that person the team learns from. You'll be responsible for ensuring all revenues stick. In this role you will: Pipeline, forecast and close across Buildings and Businesses. Personally run the two or three deals each quarter that move the company. Own pricing, commercial terms and margin. Turn instinct-led selling into a playbook: target list, script, pricing, objection handling. Push the motion toward self-serve so revenue stops scaling with headcount. Onboarding, QR deployment into buildings, service delivery and support. Built a sales process from scratch rather than inherited one. Developed junior salespeople into competent ones. Comfortable owning a number and a P&L line. This role is 2 days per week onsite (Mon & Tues) in a beautiful u ltra modern open plan office including rooftop swimming pool near Vauxhall/Battersea so you must live commutable to SW8.
