Overview of Head of Network Services Role:
- To ensure that network services team members are managed and supported from an operational and developmental perspective.
- To ensure that network designs are deliverable and supportable.
- To maintain engineering standards across all customer solutions.
The Head of Network Services is accountable for the design, delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of the organisations network platforms. You'll act as final technical authority for network design decisions.
Strong Experience with:
- Enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN
- Network security and segmentation
- OT / BMS / industrial networking environments
- Routing, switching, and IP design
- Monitoring, logging, and observability
- High availability and resilience design
