  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Bring a problem-solving, solution-focused approach to the table.
  • Desire to learn: adaptable flexible individuals who are quick to learn new concepts
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and communication skills, as well as negotiation skills (or a strong desire to learn those)
  • Team Player: individual success is enhanced by being part of a strong, collaborative team.
  • Investing in yourself: A dedication to constant personal improvement and perseverance to achieve mastery

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through cold calling, business development, and networking with high-worth individuals
  • Headhunting candidates - understanding candidates' career ambitions, skills and experience
  • Manage every step of the hiring process, from candidate interviews to post-hire follow-ups.
  • Interviewing and working with C-Suite and Executive level candidates to help them find their next long-term position.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth
