Role Overview
G.P.E. is seeking an Investment Banker to join its advisory platform in London or Dubai. The right candidate plays a senior, client-facing role across deal origination and client onboarding, working closely with the firm’s Founders and broader advisory team. The role combines commercial responsibility with hands-on advisory involvement, making it well-suited to professionals who appreciate flexibility combined with both relationship ownership and deal exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and lead high-impact capital markets, M&A, and financing deals
- Represent G.P.E. as a trusted advisor with the highest level of integrity to key decision makers
- Build and manage a deal pipeline across institutional investors, corporates, and growth companies
- Represent G.P.E. externally at strategic investor meetings and industry events
- Work under autonomy with support from senior deal makers on execution strategy and market positioning
- Structure advisory mandates, including fees and retainers where appropriate
- Represent Global Pivot Equity in client meetings, investor discussions and market events
Qualifications
- Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, capital markets or strategic advisory
- Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships through existing network
- Strong understanding of transaction dynamics, valuation and capital structures
- Confident communicator with sound commercial judgement
