Our client is seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Workplace Solutions Coordinator to join their team in London on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This hands-on role involves maintaining safe, functional, and welcoming workspaces across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular building inspections and manage follow-up actions to ensure safety and compliance
  • Deliver facilities management services, including building operations, logistics, and staff support
  • Manage contractors and caretaking staff on-site, ensuring work standards are met
  • Handle queries and service requests via the Workplace Helpdesk, resolving or escalating issues as necessary
  • Support workplace projects such as refurbishments, space planning, and asset replacements
  • Facilitate audits (e.g., fire safety, health & safety) and implement recommendations
  • Oversee procurement processes and manage facilities service contracts
  • Ensure workplace standards comply with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to a positive working environment through well-maintained and responsive facilities management
