Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager with proven House Management experience to join a dynamic, fast-growing property management company specialising in prime and super-prime residential properties for ultra-high-net-worth clients.

About the Role

This combined skill set is highly valued. You will manage high-value residential properties while also bringing the specialist ability to oversee private staff and households in private residences. The role requires someone who can navigate the unique politics and sensitivities that come with managing private domestic teams – a skill the client describes as similar to working in a political organisation. You will hit the ground running on both property and house-management fronts, supporting clients who live in or visit the properties and ensuring seamless service. Travel between properties is essential and non-negotiable; this is not an office-based role. The business is growing quickly and needs people who thrive in a collegiate, high-energy startup environment.

Key Responsibilities Property & House Operations

  • Manage the day-to-day running of prime residential properties and private households.
  • Oversee and coordinate private staff (housekeepers, chefs, drivers, etc.), navigating interpersonal dynamics and household politics with tact and professionalism.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, residents, contractors and service providers.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, works and household logistics to the highest standards.
  • Deliver exceptional, discreet and personalised service to ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Compliance, Contractors & Staff Coordination

  • Oversee health & safety, statutory certifications and all compliance requirements.
  • Brief, manage and quality-check contractors, suppliers and private domestic staff.

Financial & Administrative Support

  • Prepare and manage budgets, invoices and financial records for client and household accounts.
  • Produce clear reporting and support wider team administration.

Requirements

  • Solid property management experience combined with genuine house management experience in private residences.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage private staff and navigate household politics and interpersonal dynamics.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple properties/priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Confident, diplomatic communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, reliable and comfortable working independently as well as part of a small, hands-on team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
  • Genuine interest in luxury residential property, private households and high-end client service.
  • Willing and able to travel regularly across London (primarily North/Central) for site visits, inspections and client needs.

Personal Attributes

  • Passionate, driven and energised by a dynamic startup culture.
  • Flexible, adaptable and happy to roll up your sleeves when the workload intensifies.
