We are currently looking for an IT Helpdesk Support professional on behalf of our client, a global sports and entertainment network. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting and user support, helping to ensure smooth IT operations across the office.
Key Responsibilities- Providing first-line IT helpdesk support to office users
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Responding to IT queries and support requests
- Setting up and fixing equipment where required
- Supporting general day-to-day IT operations across the office
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT Helpdesk / IT Support
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
