G-NIUS is seeking an experienced Income Manager for a part-time role (circa 21 hours per week) based in Southeast London with agile working options (Penge/Bexley). The successful candidate will lead the Income Team, drive rent collection, reduce arrears and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting residents to sustain tenancies.
You will line-manage two Income Recovery Officers and report to Head of Resident Services, balancing hands-on leadership with strategic oversight of performance.
