We’re recruiting an Electrician on behalf of a well-established property management organisation operating across London and the surrounding areas. The role will involve ensuring residential and commercial properties are electrically safe, compliant, and fully operational, carrying out testing, inspections, remedial works, and certification in line with current regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
- Test, maintain, and repair electrical systems and installations
- Identify and rectify electrical faults and safety issues
- Ensure compliance with BS 7671 and current electrical regulations
- Maintain accurate compliance and testing documentation
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as an Electrician
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent

- Experience in domestic and/or commercial environments
