As part of their Finance function, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Finance Analyst to join their Financial Reporting team. This role plays a key part in managing and reporting on Time & Materials revenue, supporting programme finance teams, and driving forecasting excellence.
About the Role
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for the end‐to‐end financial management of Time & Material sales revenue. You will work closely with cross‐functional teams, providing insight, analysis, and forecasting support to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong commercial decision‐making. You will join a collaborative and high‐performing finance team, with the opportunity to lead forecasting processes, improve financial models, and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate monthly and year‐end financial actuals for Time & Material sales revenue.
- Process and maintain gross sales revenue within SAP.
- Provide cross‐functional support on all Time & Materials sales‐related matters.
- Partner with Programme Finance Business Partners, including leading variance analysis reviews at period‐end.
- Lead Time & Materials forecasting cycles, including timelines, data coordination, model maintenance, and stakeholder reviews.
- Produce high‐quality financial analysis and insights for programme teams and FP&A.
- Drive continuous improvement of forecasting processes and financial models.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in cost of sales forecasting and financial planning.
- Commercial finance background with exposure to sales reporting and forecasting.
- Experience managing complex financial processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‐building skills.
- Excellent problem‐solving and analytical capability.
- Proven ability to mentor and support junior team members.
- Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SAP.
Additional Information
- Start date: Mid‐May (estimated).
- Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
